I got my catalytic converter stolen. Over the phone Tracy was able to help me figure out what was going on. And she called me as soon as it was done. When my insurance went over there they fought to get factory parts not aftermarket ones and it was all completely covered. My car is quieter than ever and their prices prices were affordable. Work was done pretty fast, it was just tough over the weekends.

I had my exhaust done. And this is what I came out too. I feel like the brake lines should not be on the exhaust pipe. I will be taking it back Monday. But minus this miss, everything is good great customer service. And my exhaust sounds great... It has been 3 months I want to update my review and say things got worse they hung my exhaust where it's hitting my drive shaft my exhaust has a hole in it now if it will let me post pictures they are coming. I have had nothing but problems with the install I am very disappointed

I had them install aftermarket exhaust on my 05 Corvette. They were able to get me in quickly and have installed at a very affordable price! Highly recommend them for work in Concord!

Update: this placed ruined my carfax by reporting wrong mileage now I have to get that fixed. X pipe job done absolutely swell only reason not 5 is it took about 5 calls before I just demanded an appt to get the exhaust done because front desk lady kept asking me to bring it by first but every time I asked when I could bring it by she told me she didn’t know when they were available and the shop was 30 minutes away. Front desk lady was kinda very quick to not solve it but the workers were absolutely awesome and got it done perfectly. Again great job by the techs but front desk could use some patience when solving a problem since it’s the new mustang platform. Would go here again.

Traci was very welcoming with her customer service! Joe was very detailed with his professional opinion and charged a reasonable price for the install. Gene did an excellent job installing my 2017 Dodge Challenger prepurchased AWE exhaust system with the provided clamps and active exhaust valve plates (secured active exhaust modules). I am a return custom as Muffler Masters installed a flow master exhaust system on my 1996 Chevy Caprice several years ago.
